Ashton Hansen

Ashton Hansen joined the Preference team as a Staffing Consultant in the Career Placement division. Originally from Fargo, ND, she graduated from NDSU with a BS in Business Administration, as well as a BA in Spanish. Ashton interned at Bobcat in the Human Resources Department and that opportunity led her to her career path in recruiting.

Ashton brings seven years of customer service and management experience from the restaurant industry. There she discovered her enjoyment of helping and working with others. Ashton excels at learning an employer’s business and successfully assists them by identifying quality candidates based on their hiring needs. She prides herself on building relationships with candidates and employers.

In Ashton’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Adam, family and friends, reading, traveling, and playing trivia.
