Jill Benson

A member of the Preference team since May of 2007, Jill Benson works behind the scenes as Preference's Payroll Manager. She is responsible for processing payroll for our temporary employees, as well as doing accounts payable and receivable. Jill loves the fast pace and variety of working in the staffing industry. The fact that she gets to work with numbers all day is just a bonus.

Jill grew up in the world of retail as her dad owned department stores in Valley City and Jamestown. She spent 18 years of her career in the retail and hospitality industry prior to moving to Fargo. Jill resides in West Fargo with her husband Brian. She speaks proudly of her three kids, Bennett, Gretchen and Greta.
